The last time we saw the Avengers, half of them, along with the rest of the universe, had been turned into dust by the snap of Thanos, who boasted the power of all six infinity stones.
The movie starts 22 days after the events of Infinity War with Tony Stark, played by Robert Downey Jr, and Nebula, played byKaren Gillan, stuck in space with no food or water.
Tony sends a message to his wife, played by Gwyneth Paltrow, as his oxygen supply starts to run out.
Meanwhile, the remaining Avengers, Black Widow, Captain America and Bruce Banner, must figure out a way to bring back their vanquished allies for an epic showdown with Thanos, the evil demigod who decimated half the planet and the universe.
They first embark on a mission to reassemble the rest of the Avengers such as Thor, played by Chris Hemsworth, and Hawkeye, played by Jeremy Renner. Thor was found living in the new Asgard, and Hawkeye had been in Tokyo.
All the actors have appeared in previous Avengers and MCU films. The film was the culmination of 22 previous movies, starting back in 2008 with The Incredible Hulk and Iron Man. All 22 of these movies have led up to Endgame, which resulted in overwhelming anticipation from thousands of Marvel fans.
Some of Marvel’s most beloved actors and actresses made appearances, such as Scarlett Johansson, who plays Black Widow, Chris Evans, who plays Captain America, and Mark Ruffalo, who acts in the role of Bruce Banner. Additionally, the character Thanos was played by Josh Brolin.
The movie was directed by the Russo brothers, Anthony and Joe. They also directed Avengers: Infinity War, and Captain America: Civil War. Kevin Feige, the president of Marvel Studios, produced the film.
The movie included great themes and messages about not giving up in times when all seems lost, as well as doing whatever it takes to succeed. Overall, the movie was very well done and successfully answered all of the questions that Avengers: Infinity War left viewers asking.
